Why not bake a cherry pie

A very simple cherry pie recipe:

You will need:
1 quart cherries (preferably sour)
Flour for dredging
4 tablespoons sugar

Method: Stone cherries. Line pie plate with pastry. Fill with cherries. Sprinkle with sugar. Dredge lightly with flour. Put on top crust and bake until golden brown. You should use a shortcrust pastry.
